ClaimsPro LP – International Programs Group in Toronto, Ontario, Canada is seeking a Senior Liability Examiner for a full-time hybrid role with a compensation range of CAD 67,200 to CAD 93,300 per year. Hybrid work and remote options across Canada are available.

You will lead the assessment of moderate to complex property claims, produce reports, direct field adjusters, settle claims with insureds or representatives, and manage payments and settlements through trust accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of performance in claims adjusting/examining.
• Strong technical, planning and organizational skills.

• 3–7 years of experience in claims adjusting/examining.

Company: ClaimsPro LP - International Programs Group Senior Liability Examiner- Toronto, Ontario, Canada Compensation range: $67,200.00 - $93,300.00 annually

International Programs Group (IPG) is an independent third-party administration (TPA) team providing claims services for Lloyd's of London syndicates, domestic insurers, self-insured entities, and organizations with high financial retentions.

We have an existing opportunity to add a full-time Senior Liability Examiner to our growing team! This is a HYBRID based position and is available anywhere in Canada. The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team that provides quality service to internal and external clients. They will display excellent customer service skills and will be a key contributor to the success of the organization by providing knowledgeable, detailed and timely service. Utilizing a 'desktop' model, IPG examiners manage claims from start to finish. This hands-on approach ensures that the claim is handled properly and helps offset third-party adjusting costs.

Role Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

• While licensing and experience are critical to being able to handle significant examining tasks for a TPA, we are looking for individuals with a demonstrated and proven track record of performance.


• You will have to be strong technically, a solid planner and organizer, and understand key issues plus provide solid solutions.


• You will have to be motivated to do this type of work and be excited by the challenges that a rapidly growing organization faces.


• Your education, with relevant post-secondary education being an asset


• Your completed CIP courses, or working towards CIP designation


• Your ability to hold an independent adjusting license


• Your 3-7 years' experience delivering relevant claims adjusting and/or examining work


• Exposure to the Lloyd's market would be an asset


• Your experience positively contributing to a high-performing team


• Examples of your strong aptitude and ability to work with technology


• Your attention to detail and your ability to communicate professionally
