Amrize is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its Canadian legal team, focusing on Québec with broader national responsibilities. You will report to the Deputy General Counsel and act as the go-to legal resource for Québec while collaborating with business leaders.

The role spans corporate and commercial transactions, construction, real estate, employment, regulatory matters and litigation, including drafting and negotiating agreements and managing external counsel.

Competenze

• Must be a member of the Québec Bar with 5+ years of experience.
• Construction law experience is an asset.
• Fluency in French and English required.
• Based in Laval or Mississauga with occasional travel within Canada and the United States.

Mansioni

• Handle corporate and commercial transactions across Canada.
• Oversee construction, real estate, employment, regulatory matters and litigation.
• Draft and negotiate agreements; manage external counsel.
