Job summary

Victoria Park Medispa, a fast-growing Canadian leader in aesthetics and wellness, seeks an in-house counsel at its Westmount head office. You will report to the CFO and act as the sole in-house legal counsel, guiding M&A, commercial agreements and day-to-day legal matters.

With an ambitious expansion plan outside Quebec, you’ll help drive growth across Canada while advising decision-makers and managing risk.

Qualifications

• Member of the Quebec Bar.
• 5–8 years of business law experience.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on M&A transactions.
• Draft and review commercial agreements and day-to-day legal matters.
• Support expansion across Canada and cross-border initiatives.

Reporting to the CFO, you'll be the company's sole in-house legal counsel, working closely with senior leadership on M&A transactions, commercial agreements and day-to-day legal matters. With an ambitious expansion strategy, particularly outside Quebec, you'll play a key role in the company's growth across Canada.

We're looking for a confident, business-minded lawyerwho enjoys advising decision-makers, anticipating legal risks and finding practical solutions. Resourceful and proactive, you understand that great legal advice isn't just about managing risk - it's about enabling business.
