Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including procurement, sales, service, IT contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
• Provide practical legal advice and support mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and financing transactions.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the corporate compliance program and monitoring regulatory risks.
• Partner with internal teams (Procurement, Sales, Operations, IT) to resolve routine legal inquiries and compliance issues.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assist in preparing internal training and awareness programs.
