The Montreal location (Quebec, Canada) is seeking talent to fill the position of Senior Legal Counsel. This is a full-time permanent role.
Reporting to the Vice-President, Legal Affairs – Wood Products, you will act as the lead in-house counsel on a wide range of merger and acquisition and divestiture projects. This is a critical role with high visibility across the organization, requiring strong legal acumen, project management skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
(*) English bilingual: required for roles involving regular verbal and/or written interaction with customers, partners, and subsidiaries.
