Job Description: Senior Legal Counsel

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

This role is vital to the legal team and the Company's business operations. It offers exposure to a variety of legal and business issues. The candidate will provide guidance on commercial contracts to ensure legal compliance, adherence to guidelines, and risk mitigation. The role involves collaboration with the in-house team, management, and sales associates on diverse matters, including commercial issues and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts supporting multiple business units, such as sale agreements, master service agreements, supply agreements, professional services agreements, and RFPs.
• Support management and sales teams on legal matters and contract disputes.
• Develop and draft contract templates.
• Research applicable laws and regulations related to commercial matters.
• Assist in training company personnel on contract practices and negotiation strategies.
• Handle other matters as assigned, including litigation, real estate transactions, marketing, and mergers and acquisitions.

Required Education and Experience:

• JD from a reputable U.S.-accredited law school.
• 6-8 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, either in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Law firm experience is preferred.
• Experience in drafting and presenting contract templates is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite.
