As Legal Counsel, you will support internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiation, intellectual property, corporate records, and strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance on operations and business activities.
Advise on strategic projects, partnerships, and M&A transactions.
Draft, negotiate, and review commercial and real estate contracts.
Oversee IP and real estate portfolios.
Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance.
Monitor regulatory changes and mitigate legal risks.
Support training, policy implementation, and ethics initiatives.
Law degree and member of the Quebec Bar.
5–10 years' experience in corporate/commercial law, ideally in both private practice and in-house roles.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills in English and French.
Knowledge of M&A, IP, trademarks, FDA, and Health Canada is an asset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Notre client est à la recherche d’un(e) conseiller(ère) juridique pour rejoindre son équipe des affaires juridiques.
Notre client est une entreprise mondiale en forte croissance, avec plus de 35 ans d’expérience et un esprit entrepreneurial bien ancré. L’équipe valorise l’autonomie, la collaboration et la proactivité. Vous ferez partie d’un groupe dynamique où la stratégie juridique est intégrée aux décisions d’affaires.
En tant que conseiller(ère) juridique, vous soutiendrez les parties prenantes internes sur une variété de questions juridiques, incluant la négociation de contrats, la propriété intellectuelle, les registres corporatifs et les projets stratégiques comme les fusions et acquisitions.
Responsabilités principales
Fournir des conseils juridiques sur les activités de l’entreprise.
Conseiller sur les projets stratégiques, partenariats et fusions-acquisitions.
Rédiger, négocier et réviser des contrats commerciaux et immobiliers.
Gérer les portefeuilles de PI et d’immobilier.
Maintenir les registres corporatifs et assurer la conformité.
Suivre les évolutions réglementaires et atténuer les risques juridiques.
Soutenir la formation, les politiques internes et les initiatives éthiques.
Diplôme en droit et membre du Barreau du Québec.
5 à 10 ans d’expérience en droit des affaires ou droit commercial, idéalement en entreprise et en cabinet.
Excellente maîtrise de la rédaction et de la négociation en français et en anglais.
Connaissances en fusions-acquisitions, PI, marques de commerce, FDA, Santé Canada : un atout.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et multi-intervenants.
Maîtrise de Microsoft 365.
