NADG is seeking a Lawyer with approximately 5 to 8 years of real estate and corporate transactional experience to join our legal team. This role requires taking on transactions with minimal oversight, solving problems, and driving business outcomes while managing risk.
The ideal candidate has experience leading sophisticated real estate deals, drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, development agreements, leases, and related documents, in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Lawyer with approximately 5 to 8 years of both real estate and corporate transactional experience to join our legal team. This is not a role for someone looking to sit on the sidelines or simply identify risks. We are looking for a lawyer who understands how to take on and facilitate transactions with little oversight, solve a wide variety of problems, and help drive business outcomes while appropriately managing risk.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading and negotiating sophisticated real estate transactions and will bring a practical, results-oriented and commercially minded approach to legal advice.
