Job summary

Rogers Communications, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Leasing Services in Toronto to support leasing, lease administration, property tax, and related vendor activities for Corporate, Network, and Retail.

The role emphasizes organization, accuracy with large data sets, and collaboration with landlords, tenants, vendors, and internal teams. You will work with TRIRIGA, generate Excel reports, participate in lease renewals and deal approvals, and help with negotiations.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years’ experience in commercial leasing, lease administration, or property management.
• Experience interpreting real estate documentation and using lease management systems.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS and SOX compliance preferred.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property tax assessment and appeals process.
• Respond to lease clause interpretation inquiries.
• Assist with management of third-party vendor service delivery.
• Coordinate monthly rent roll and variance review as needed.
• Liaise with accounting on real estate payables/receivables.
• Generate ad hoc reports using database software and Excel.
• Support vendor audits and internal compliance processes.
• Prepare deal approval memos for leasing activities.
• Participate in lease and renewal negotiations.
• Support corporate portfolio leasing, acquisition and disposition transactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, landlords, tenants and vendors.
