Job summary

Rogers Communications, Inc. in Toronto, ON seeks a Finance Manager to join the Wireline Revenue Finance team. You will support month-end reporting, forecasts and budgets for service and equipment revenue, and provide value-added analysis with cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA or MBA, IFRS 15 experience, and 3-5 years of advanced financial analysis. Strong Excel, SQL, and PowerBI skills are essential for success in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• CPA or MBA designation or degree.
• Experience with IFRS 15 and financial analysis.
• 3-5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Oracle Financial Systems, Hyperion/Essbase, SQL, data querying tools, PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review month-end reporting packages, forecasts and budgets.
• Provide commentary on financial results and key business indicators.
• Support strategic planning and understand industry trends and cost drivers.
• Develop reporting for management to show financial performance and operations.
• Analyze revenue trends, prepare variance analysis and identify risks/opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners and leadership to communicate trends and impacts.
• Assist in financial modelling and decision-making for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity in models and reports and improve reporting efficiency.
