Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial leasing coordination or related real estate.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to develop accurate reports.
• Self-starter with leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing inquiries from prospective tenants and brokers, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate maintenance of leasing pipeline records.
• Conduct market and prospect research to identify leasing opportunities and support portfolio occupancy objectives.
• Coordinate property tours, presentations, and lease transactions, including renewals, amendments, assignments, and specialty leasing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate property, tenant, and leasing records, including vacancy tracking, lease expiries, pipeline activity, and portfolio performance metrics.
• Serve as a key point of contact for tenant inquiries and coordinate onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing communications.
• Support property operations by coordinating requests with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the development and execution of leasing strategies, merchandising initiatives, and portfolio performance objectives.
• Ensure the integrity of leasing data within Yardi, prepare and distribute leasing and occupancy reports, and support budgeting, vacancy forecasting, and portfolio performance analysis to inform business decisions and achieve portfolio objectives.

Overview

The Senior Leasing Coordinator supports the commercial leasing team by overseeing the coordination of leasing activities, tenant services, and day-to-day operational processes. Serving as a primary point of contact for tenants, brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, this role ensures efficient communication, accurate information management, and an exceptional customer experience throughout the leasing process.

In This Role, You Will

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in commercial leasing coordination, commercial real estate, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced and effective at developing accurate reports
• Self-starter, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability and knowledge to contribute directly to achieving leasing and occupancy objectives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Yardi is considered an asset
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
