Job summary

Reena seeks a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to coordinate and implement training across the organization. You will lead course design, facilitator support, and LMS upkeep, ensuring compliance with IPAC and internal standards.

You will collaborate with the L&D manager and subject matter experts to deliver engaging internal and external trainings, while aligning programs with organizational goals and sector requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree in social services, organization development, HR, or related field.
• Certificate/Diploma in Adult Education required.
• 3–5 years in learning and development, with training focus.
• Experience in developmental services sector preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LMS 365 and Articulate 360.
• Experience moderating on Teams, BlueJeans and Zoom platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training programs and workshops.
• Design and update curriculum, facilitator guides and job aids.
• Support LMS administration and ensure content accuracy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and SMEs to align learning with strategy.
• Schedule courses, manage registrations and archival records.
• Maintain IPAC measures in learning modules and training content.
