Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario seeks an experienced Principal IS Functional Analyst to lead JDE Sales & Distribution and Transportation implementations on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). The role focuses on delivering and supporting Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functionality across modules, with mentoring of analysts and close collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Tier-One ERP applications.
- Extensive JDE Sales & Distribution experience; SAP delivery also required.
- Experience with DSI, EDI, and OTM integrations.
- Strong business analysis, project management, testing, and implementation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, support, and enhancement of JDE Sales & Distribution and Transportation modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure JDE applications and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
- Manage projects through design, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor Business Analysts and work closely with business stakeholders.
- Develop test plans, documentation, and process improvements.
