Job summary

Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. is seeking a Lead ERP Business Analyst to lead the JDE EnterpriseOne analysis function and grow a team of analysts, while partnering with business stakeholders and developers to implement high‑quality JDE solutions and process improvements.

You will drive strategic planning, manage M&A initiatives, and oversee requirements gathering, design, testing, and delivery within a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting or other computer/business major.
• 10+ years ERP experience, JDE Edwards preferred.
• Full ERP implementation and lifecycle experience.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in at least 2 of: Financials, Project Management (Job Cost), Distribution, Manufacturing.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team of business analysts is required.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Macros, etc.).
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Well‑organized with ability to prioritize competing issues.
• Bilingual (French) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage ERP Business Analysts, setting priorities, quality standards, and fostering growth.
• Establish training programs, operating procedures, knowledge repositories, and documentation standards.
• Partner with senior leadership to define the strategy, priorities, and roadmap for the JDE function.
