Job summary

Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. in Markham, Ontario is seeking a Lead ERP Developer to guide the JDE EnterpriseOne development function.

You will lead contracts today, mentor developers, and help grow an in‑house team while delivering high‑quality JDE solutions that drive business value. You will balance hands‑on technical work with leadership, overseeing design, development, testing, and implementation of JDE reports, UBEs, and integrations.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (2–3 year post‑secondary program minimum).
15+ years of experience as a JD Edwards Developer (EnterpriseOne 9.1 or newer).
3+ years of experience leading a team of developers, including mentoring and performance management.
Hands‑on experience with JDE Orchestrator Studio, BSSV, and related integration tools.
Expertise in SQL/SEQUEL for complex query development, data analysis, and issue resolution.
Strong knowledge of JDE Financials (GL/AP/AR) and Distribution (Sales and Purchasing) modules.
In‑depth understanding of JDE table structures and data interrelationships.
Familiarity with SDLC and change management practices.
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
Experience managing vendor relationships and SLAs.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the JDE development function, managing contractors with an eye toward future in‑house growth.
Translate business requirements into scalable JDE reports, UBEs, programs, and enhancements.
Review code and designs to ensure standards, quality and long‑term sustainability.
Prioritize workloads, coordinate schedules, and manage vendor relationships for CNC‑related services.
