Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java backend development in production.
• Strong experience with Spring/Spring Boot and REST/microservices.
• Experience delivering resilient, observable services with automated tests and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, release, and support Java services within the FX Options Primary Trading System.
• Implement enhancements and fixes, owning from analysis to post-release validation.
• Collaborate with Product, Front Office, quants, and tech stakeholders on requirements and trade-offs.
• Manage cross-system impacts across trading, risk, pricing, distribution and data flows.
• Improve resilience, performance, security, logging, metrics, and alerting.
• Lead incident triage and root-cause analysis for permanent remediation.
