Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Senior Software Developer to build and support enterprise-grade supply chain software in a cloud-ready, 24/7 environment. You will work with Java/J2EE, Spring, REST/SOAP APIs, and open-source tools, across Windows and Linux platforms, contributing to scalable, high-performance systems.

You’ll apply AI techniques to accelerate features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive quality through CI/CD and automated testing, while shaping how information management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience developing and delivering enterprise software products.
Strong proficiency in Java-centric development, including Java/J2EE, Spring Web Services, SOAP/REST APIs, GWT/GXT, AJAX, JSON, and JAXB serialization.
Experience with relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, and OO design principles.
Familiarity with Apache Tomcat, GitLab, Maven, and Selenium.
Experience with CI, automated testing, performance testing, and QA processes.
Understanding of AI concepts and applying AI-driven approaches.
Strong coding, analytical, and problem-solving skills; scalable, high-performance software.
Self-motivated and collaborative; cross-team effectiveness.
Experience in Windows and Linux environments and full SDLC.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications in Windows and Linux environments.
Design scalable, high-performance software using OO principles.
Collaborate with Development, Product, Operations, and Professional Services teams.
Apply AI-driven approaches to product development and innovation.
Participate in CI, automated testing, performance validation, and QA processes.
