Job summary

OpenText, The Information Company, is seeking a Principal Software Developer to translate domain knowledge into product value, define large-scale projects, and drive high-quality software decisions across teams.

You will contribute across frontend (HTML/JavaScript) and backend (Java/.Net/PHP/Python/Ruby), work with databases, cloud platforms, and CI/CD tools, and help shape long‑term technical strategy. This role requires 12‑15 years of professional experience.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in HTML/JavaScript with major frontend frameworks.
• Strong backend programming skills across Java, .Net, PHP, Python or Ruby.

Responsibilities

• Translate domain expertise into value for product and customers.
• Define and deliver large-scale projects balancing constraints.
