Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a senior Java developer to join our team in Mississauga, Canada, delivering strategic reference data platforms for a world-spanning financial client. You will own key projects through all SDLC phases, applying engineering excellence, microservices concepts, and scalable architectures.

You will work with a global, diverse team and collaborate with Business Analysts, Production Support, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions across the data platform stack.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot and relational databases.

• Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC in an agile Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to design scalable solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams including BA, production support and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver development projects within schedule, quality and scope.
• - Participate in all stages of SDLC in an agile Scrum environment.
• - Partner with technology vendors and understand product capabilities.
• - Re-architect components for performance and scalability.
• - Provide level 3 support for the application.
