TechDoQuest is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer with 8–10 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot to lead architecture improvements and build scalable microservices. You will design and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, implement data persistence with Hibernate, containerize apps with Docker, deploy to Kubernetes, and secure services with OAuth/JWT/TLS.

Collaborative, Agile Scrum environment with QA/DevOps teams.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years of Java Backend Senior Developer experience
• Strong Java technical skills to enhance existing architecture and create new architecture
• Experience with scalable microservices architecture
• Ability to lead a technical team, remove impediments, and assist in estimations and code reviews
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Co-pilot or Cursor) is a plus
• Experience building maintainable REST and SOAP APIs
• Data persistence with Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
• Containerize applications with Docker and deploy to Kubernetes
• Automate builds with Azure DevOps
• Secure APIs using OAuth, JWT and TLS; implement access control
• Optimize performance with Redis and async processing
• Collaborate with frontend QA and DevOps in an Agile Scrum environment
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write clean, reusable, scalable, high-quality code

Responsabilidades

• Routinely advise on coding, design, and testing/debugging standards to development teams
• Refine un-stated requirements and resolve complex technical issues
• Develop architectural framework and design guidance
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and manage problem tickets
• Evaluate and introduce new tools and techniques to the team
• Manage technical issues and guide other developers
• Liaise with architecture, vendors, and other project teams
• Lead projects technically and act as a change agent
• Conduct regular code reviews and promote best practices
• Drive continuous improvement and collaboration across the team
• Establish and maintain quality software architecture and implementation design
• Provide support to the project team to deliver as planned
