TechDoQuest is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer with 8–10 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot to lead architecture improvements and build scalable microservices. You will design and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, implement data persistence with Hibernate, containerize apps with Docker, deploy to Kubernetes, and secure services with OAuth/JWT/TLS.

Collaborative, Agile Scrum environment with QA/DevOps teams.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years of Java Backend Senior Developer experience
• Strong Java technical skills to enhance existing architecture and create new architecture
• Experience with scalable microservices architecture
• Ability to lead a technical team, remove impediments, and assist in estimations and code reviews
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Co-pilot or Cursor) is a plus
• Experience building maintainable REST and SOAP APIs
• Data persistence with Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
• Containerize applications with Docker and deploy to Kubernetes
• Automate builds with Azure DevOps
• Secure APIs using OAuth, JWT and TLS; implement access control
• Optimize performance with Redis and async processing
• Collaborate with frontend QA and DevOps in an Agile Scrum environment
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write clean, reusable, scalable, high-quality code

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• We are seeking a proficient 8 to 10 years Java Backend Senior Developer in Java Spring Boot.
• Person to have strong Java technical skills to enhance an existing application’s architecture as well as create applications architecture from scratch.Expertise a strong understanding of scalable microservices architecture.
• Should be able to lead technical team, remove technical impediments and help in estimations, code reviews.
• Must to have experience in utilizing AI‑assisted development tools ( Co-pilot or cursor).
• The role involves creating maintainable REST and SOAP APIs extending.
• The developer will build data persistence layers using Spring Data JPA Hibernate.
• Additional duties include containerizing applications with Docker deploying to Kubernetes automating builds with Azure DevOps securing APIs using OAuth JWT and TLS implementing access control optimizing performance with Redis and async processing and using Azure services like Blob Storage and Managed Identity.
• The candidate will collaborate with frontend QA and DevOps teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
