Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with 5+ years in technical leadership.
• Deep knowledge of core Java, multi-threading, and performance tuning.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and security risks.
• Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL and database design experience.
• Experience with distributed caching (Hazelcast/Redis).
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Own initiatives from inception to production with stakeholders.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating processes and standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs.
