Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems.
• Coordinate with Technology team to deliver robust solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, estimates, and IT planning.
• Monitor all phases of development and provide user support.
• Analyze complex problems and recommend programming solutions.
• Define operating standards and processes; ensure risk controls.
• Serve as SME to stakeholders and coach junior analysts.
• Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgement.
