• 5+ years of professional Java development experience in cloud-based environments.
• Expert-level Java, RESTful API design, and Spring/Spring Boot proficiency.
• Relational and NoSQL databases, with clean code and TDD practices.
• OpenShift/Kubernetes experience and messaging with MQ/Kafka.
• Agile lifecycle knowledge with CI/CD and DevOps tooling.
• Ability to lead technical delivery and operate autonomously.
