Equisoft, a global provider of insurance and investment digital solutions, is seeking a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role covers full-cycle recruitment, proactive sourcing, and onboarding, working closely with HR and hiring managers to attract top talent for Equisoft’s strategic goals.

You will lead complex hires, advise leadership with market insights, and drive innovative sourcing while maintaining a strong employer brand and candidate experience in a hybrid Quebec City

Competenze

• 10+ years of recruitment experience in agency or IT on a global scale.
• Excellent knowledge English and French (spoken and written).
• Spanish is a strong asset.
• Proactive, organized, KPI-driven with timely quality hires.
• Strong experience with ATS (Workday preferred).

Mansioni

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from proactive sourcing and headhunting to onboarding.
• Advise business leaders and hiring managers on talent needs with market insights and strategies.
• Develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coach peers and junior colleagues; share knowledge and best practices.
• Think strategically to introduce innovative sourcing ideas and process improvements.
• Source requisitions, validate content to meet Equisoft standards.
• Organize recruitment events and build strategic partnerships.
• Promote referral programs and internal postings to boost mobility.
• Be Equisoft brand ambassador and enhance candidate experience.
