Job summary

TD Securities is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide broad systems and application support for Global Equities Derivatives. You will monitor performance, handle incidents, participate in change management and deploy releases across regions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with developers, business analysts and infrastructure teams, with after-hours support as needed and a focus on ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with trading application technologies and monitoring tools.
• Familiar with ITIL Change, Incident, and Problem management.
• Experience in banking operations technologies and FIX protocol.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality application and user support for IT systems globally.
• Manage incidents to resolution and lead problem management lifecycle.
• Coordinate changes following TD Securities Change management process.
• Perform proactive health checks and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with clients, relationship managers and project managers.
