Job summary

A global IT services provider is looking for a Post Trade Support Analyst to assist trading teams and design IT solutions. Candidates should have a degree in Market Finance or IT, at least 5 years of application support experience, and knowledge of capital markets and regulatory environments. This full-time position is based in Canada, with responsibilities ranging from assistance to System improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience, including application support.
• Familiarity with capital markets and fixed income products.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support to trading teams at Level 3.
• Review and validate the solution's suitability for business needs.
• Design IT solutions in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Write functional documentation for the solution.
• Design and write test plans and coordinate user testing.
• Support swap traders in NY for USD and Cross-currencies desks.
• Implement new pricing curves and automate tasks.
• Contribute to application performance improvement.

Skills

Degree in Market Finance or IT with strong knowledge of capital markets

At least 5 years of experience in application support

Knowledge of Capital Markets Rate activities

Understanding of rate activity booking workflow

Knowledge of Capital Market Regulatory environment

Experience with Front Office booking systems
