Job summary

Pan American Silver Corp. is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across our operations.

You will plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring alignment with business goals. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of PM experience, PMP certification, and strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, ERP, and systems integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience managing IT or software implementation projects.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• ERP experience is required.
• Experience with Enterprise Applications & Systems integrations.
• Experience in transformational projects with process changes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Familiarity with ISO, Lean, and/or Six Sigma, or other process improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements to deployment and post-implementation review.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, security and stakeholders.
• Manage scope and change requests following company process.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide status updates to leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure documentation is complete and stored in ServiceNow and SharePoint.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support vendor management and third‑party deliverables.
