• Excellent written and verbal communication translating technical concepts to business audiences
• Ability to perform early discovery to identify hidden risks
• Objective and candid feedback on timelines and project health
• Outcome-focused with emphasis on milestones and scope control
• Proficient across multiple platforms

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology Enablement, Business, and third-party stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Set program standards (quality management) and ensure alignment with broader portfolio goals
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget oversight
• Proactively identify and address risks/issues; deliver data-driven reports on achievements, risks, and financial status
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet milestones while fostering stakeholder relationships
• Produce and maintain project artifacts to the highest standards for continuity and clarity
