Job summary

You will own day-to-day service delivery, governance, and strategic IT initiatives, while coaching the team and collaborating with business stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in IT operations, with strong experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on IT operations, infrastructure, and support leadership.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 services, Azure, and cloud-native tools.
• Experience in IT governance, vendor management, and cybersecurity basics.
• Certifications in IT service management or security are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations and end-user support with high responsiveness.
• Oversee infrastructure, endpoints, cloud services, and enterprise apps.
• Manage procurement, licensing, vendor relationships, and asset inventory.
• Identify IT risks, implement controls, and coordinate security initiatives.
• Plan and deliver IT projects, driving process improvements and AI pilots.
