Job summary

Perseus Group seeks a Senior IT Systems/Infrastructure Administrator in Markham, Ontario, to own the Microsoft 365 environment, Entra ID governance, and endpoint management. You will partner with leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure secure, reliable services as the organization transitions IT functions from shared services.

You will lead identity and access management, M365 administration, and security governance while supporting collaboration platforms and modern endpoint

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure and systems administration experience.
• 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience implementing and supporting SSO and Conditional Access.
• Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing and tenant governance.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID and lifecycle management.
• Configure and maintain SSO integrations and Conditional Access policies.
• Manage MFA, external collaboration, and licensing governance.
• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related controls.
• Oversee Intune and Windows Autopilot for device management.
• Support voice, collaboration, and telephony integration with vendors.
