Strategy Recruitment Group seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager to oversee IT operations, security, and infrastructure across multiple locations in Canada. The role requires strategic leadership and hands-on delivery of technology initiatives in a growing, multi-site organization.

You will drive security programs, manage cloud and on-prem services, and lead IT teams and vendors while establishing robust policies and disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3–5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint security, and disaster recovery.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing IT operations across multiple sites.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a similar operational environment is an asset.
