Job summary

APPLY is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Analyst to join our Toronto team. This in-office role (four days a week on-site) is supported by a flexible hybrid/remote policy.

You will own complex tickets, drive improvements across identity, endpoint, and cloud platforms, and partner with security to ensure compliance and audits. You will lead automation, manage access controls across major cloud platforms, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own escalated and complex user tickets (P0–P3) for identity, endpoint, and cloud issues.
• Collaborate with security programs (ISO27001, SOC2 Type II) and assist audits.
• Design, scope, and implement improvements to internal policy and tool stack.
• Administer and optimize identity platform (Okta) and related workflows.
• Manage access across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian Cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Develop scripts to reduce manual IT toil (Python, Bash).
• Lead hardware procurement and asset management; track licenses and spend.
• Maintain central knowledge base (Notion/Confluence) and mentor juniors.
• Drive cross-functional IT projects from scoping to delivery.
