Job summary

Talent Minded in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security & IT to lead the information security program and corporate IT. This hybrid role requires onsite presence three days per week and reports to the CITO to set governance, risk, and controls.

You will drive compliance across SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and audits, while maturing security operations and incident response. Lead an IT team delivering secure, reliable technology across the organization.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience across information security and corporate IT.
• Leadership of security programs, risk, and compliance initiatives.
• Experience with security governance, audits, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead information security governance, risk, and compliance activities.
• Oversee security operations, identity, endpoint, vulnerability, and monitoring.
• Direct cybersecurity incident preparedness and response.
• Manage corporate IT, SaaS administration, onboarding/offboarding, and support.
• Communicate risk and priorities to executives and the Audit Committee.
