Responsibilities
- End-User Support & Device Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for company-wide technical needs, managing the onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and troubleshooting of a modern, MacOS and iOS hardware fleet
- SaaS & Identity Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of a cloud-forward software stack, managing access, identities, and single sign-on (SSO/MFA) across collaboration platforms.
- Security Operations: Assist in operating the internal security stack, managing endpoint protection, enterprise browser configurations, email security, and mobile device management (MDM).
- Incident Response & Triage: Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts, suspected phishing attempts, and low-level anomalies, escalating complex events to senior leadership when necessary.
- Compliance & Documentation: Support internal compliance activities, routine security audits, and the completion of external security questionnaires while maintaining clear operational runbooks.
- AI & Automation Innovation: Actively seek opportunities to implement low-code automation, scripting, and secure AI tooling to optimize IT workflows and eliminate repetitive tasks.
- Vendor & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate tracking of hardware and software assets while coordinating directly with external technology vendors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience supporting a cloud/SaaS-heavy, Mac-first workplace within a fast-paced, high-performing corporate environment.
- Technical Stack Familiarity: Proven experience working with enterprise identity management (e.g., Okta), modern MDM platforms, endpoint protection (e.g., CrowdStrike), and cloud collaboration suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools).
- Security Mindset: A strong foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, specifically regarding access control, identity protection, and social engineering risks.
- Automation Aptitude: Demonstrated curiosity or experience using scripting or low-code tools to automate manual IT workflows, with a strong interest in leveraging AI utilities.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional, patient communication skills with a client-service orientation, capable of translating technical solutions to non-technical business professionals.
