APPLY is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Analyst to own internal platforms, drive improvements, and raise the bar for the IT function. Based in Toronto, the role is on-site four days a week with hybrid/remote flexibility.

You will manage identity, cloud platforms, automation, asset management, and vendor integrations while mentoring junior staff. Strong Okta and Google Workspace skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own escalated and complex user tickets (P0–P3) as the technical escalation point.
• Collaborate with security programs, auditors, and internal security teams.
• Design and implement improvements to policy, procedures, and tool stack.
• Administer and optimize the identity platform (Okta) including LCM and MFA.
• Manage access across cloud platforms: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Develop automation to reduce manual IT toil (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Evaluate and onboard new vendors and technologies with security considerations.
• Lead hardware procurement cycles and asset management.
• Manage software licenses and spend; report utilization trends.
• Own the central IT knowledge base (Notion/Confluence).
• Mentor junior IT staff and drive cross-functional IT projects.
