Justworks is seeking an International Consultant based in our Toronto office to serve as the definitive subject matter expert for EOR services across the Americas. You will advise on cross-border employment complexities, partner with Legal, Product, and Operations, and guide high-value accounts through regulatory challenges while mitigating risk and driving growth.

• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing international HR role, ideally with deep expertise in the EOR space.
• Proven track record of managing strategic conversations and complex global customer HR scenarios.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
• Knowledge of HR technology and international employment compliance across the Americas.
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to drive customer outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a definitive subject matter expert for EOR services across the Americas.
• Act as the primary advisor for complex international compliance requirements in the Americas.
• Partner with Legal, Product, and Operations to influence international product‑market fit.
• Manage high-value accounts with Americas-specific needs.
• Escalate inquiries crossing into complex compliance or high-liability HR territory.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in new international markets.
