Job summary

Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Insurance Advisor for our Cochrane, ON office in a hybrid role. You will promote and educate clients on a wide range of insurance products and own client relationships, while supporting team development.

The position emphasizes complex case handling, mentoring peers, and contributing to branch success in a collaborative environment. Minimum experience and licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of insurance industry experience with a Level 2 License.
• Progress toward CAIB and/or CIP designation with financial support provided.
• Strong technical knowledge for complex client needs and tailored coverage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service across phone, email, and in person.
• Assess client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations for personal lines.
• Manage new business, renewals, underwriting, and policy changes with accuracy.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $24.30 to $30.38 based on a 35-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.
