Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Tofino, BC is seeking an Insurance Advisor to educate clients on coverage options and build strong, long-lasting relationships. This role emphasizes exceptional service and a client-first mindset within a supportive team environment.

You will promote insurance products, own client relationships, and help grow the company’s presence in the local community. The position features a 4-day work week (Tue–Fri) with compensation in the $24.00 to $27.75 per hour range,

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent time management and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Insurance broker license or pursuing CAIB/CIP required or strongly preferred.

Expected Compensation

The expected hiring range for this role is $24.00 to $27.75 based on a 35-hour work week. The schedule is a 4 day work week - Tuesday to Friday. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
