Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, webinars, and blended solutions.
• Create engaging, interactive content to enhance learning experiences.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to improve training programs, staying current with trends in instructional design and educational technology.
• Support facilitators and subject matter experts in using instructional materials and technologies.
• Write clear, concise technical documentation such as user manuals and online help systems, maintaining style and tone consistency.
• Assist UX/UI Specialists with feedback on language in dialogs, tooltips, and translations, and support persona clarification and needs analysis.
• Partner with Implementation Specialists to identify opportunities for collateral improvement.
• Develop and maintain style guides and templates aligned with MNP branding standards.
• Contribute to the development of internal processes for knowledge and content management.
• Narrate deliverables in both English and French.

Skills and Experience

• Background in Instructional Design, Education, or related fields.
• Proven experience as an instructional designer, technical writer, or similar role.
• Knowledge of instructional design theories (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy).
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and video tools (e.g., Camtasia).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with LMS and educational technologies.
• Experience in technical writing, creating clear documentation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content.
• Proficiency with technical writing tools (e.g., SharePoint, MadCap Flare).
• Preferred: Bilingual (French first language).
