Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Industrial Water within Oil Sands, Oil & Gas.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership experience on large, multidisciplinary projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
• Extensive knowledge of water management in oil sands, including water sourcing, recycle water systems, process-affected water, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong experience in tailings and tailings water management, water balance development, and integration into mine planning.

Responsibilities

• Promote Hatch’s Industrial Water services across the Industrial Water Sector.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers within the Industrial Water team.
• Lead and contribute to engineering studies, designs, reports, and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, and client communications.
• Ensure quality assurance and control throughout project execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Explore and implement innovative water management solutions.
