Job summary

ClearWater in Canada is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to develop production schedules for fabrication, installation, and maintenance of industrial process systems. You will collaborate with site teams to ensure outages and maintenance are planned safely and executed on time, by defining operation sequences and lead times aligned with the master schedule.

You will work with procurement to ensure material availability and mentor junior schedulers, contributing to improvements in planning processes

Qualifications

Strong project planning and scheduling expertise with MS Projects and Primavera proficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication; superb organizational skills.
Safe and productive work ethic; ability to read drawings and apply technical knowledge.
Post-secondary degree or equivalent training/experience in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of industrial scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and analyze project schedules with deadlines.
Coordinate outside services, manage administrative tasks, and maintain a master project schedule.
Mentor and evaluate junior schedulers; deliver accurate project reports.
Suggest improvements to planning processes while upholding safety standards.
Lead project initiation phases and oversee planning, construction, and turnover.
