Job summary

FLINT Corp. is seeking a Planner to develop and manage production plans for fabrication, installation, and maintenance of industrial process systems at our Alberta operations.

You will collaborate with site managers to ensure projects, outages, and maintenance are thoroughly planned and executed, while coordinating procurement to keep schedules on track. The role requires strong scheduling skills, ability to read drawings, and experience with SAP/Prometheus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with SAP and Prometheus for project planning.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specs.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and analyze project schedules with site teams.
• Coordinate outside services and manage master project schedule.
• Mentor junior schedulers and prepare project reports.
• Suggest process improvements while upholding safety standards.
• Lead project initiation and turnover phases.
