Job summary

Rising Edge Group in Regina, Canada is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large construction projects from kickoff to closeout. You will coordinate scope, schedule, budget, safety and quality, and communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will develop execution plans, manage resources, monitor financial performance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Technologist or related field required.
• PMP designation or equivalent considered an asset.
• 3–5 years' experience managing medium to large full cycle construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Initiate project setup and establish team structure, budget and documentation.
• Develop, implement and maintain the execution plan with milestones and risk mitigation.
• Administer changes, communicate scope, schedule and cost impacts to client and team.
• Maintain project documentation including risk, schedule, health & safety and quality plans.
• Monitor financial performance and align man-hour projections with actuals.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontracted services.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable to support cash flow.
• Provide regular project reporting and lead meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance with standards.
• Staff resources and contractors; set performance expectations.
• Lead closeout activities and post-project evaluations.
