Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in a technical Business Analyst role.
• Experience implementing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in system development, database analysis, and prototyping/requirements analysis.
• Experience with user personas, empathy maps, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and reports.
• Expert knowledge of UX/UI design tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Healthcare business background is an asset.

• Communicate with and manage cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop a cohesive implementation approach.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular meetings, updates, and status reports.
