Randstad Canada is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair PTACs, thermostats and related HVAC systems. You will work closely with the installation team, install and test components, and maintain detailed service reports for customers.

The role requires 2–5 years of HVAC experience, expert diagnostics, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication. Occasional travel within Canada is expected; opportunities for training and growth are available.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HVAC service experience preferred.
• Expert troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• ODP License (Refrigeration) and valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including PTACs and thermostats.
• Install and replace HVAC components with installation team.
• Provide remote customer support to troubleshoot issues by phone.
• Maintain accurate service reports and site condition records.
• Travel within Canada as needed; follow service manager guidance.
