Job summary

Arrow Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager with direct HVAC/mechanical construction experience in Ontario. You will manage projects from planning through completion, coordinating clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires strong scheduling, budgeting, and document management skills, with ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications. Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in HVAC or mechanical construction.
• Direct experience with HVAC/mechanical projects is required.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC/mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, cost control and documentation.
• Coordinate clients, subcontractors, suppliers, trades and internal teams.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and oversee execution, progress, quality and safety.
• Resolve issues to ensure projects are on time and within budget.
