Job summary

O'Dell HVAC Group in Toronto seeks a Project Manager to oversee HVAC projects from initiation through completion. You will coordinate schedules, manage documentation, and ensure timely delivery by collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

The role requires 3–4 years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position within the Toronto office, reporting to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in Project Management, Business, or related fields.
• 3–4 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Maintain and organize all project documentation for accessibility throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare, submit, and track submittal packages per project specs and timelines.
• Coordinate order entry, tracking of POs, sales totals, and shipment schedules.
• Arrange and monitor deliveries with internal teams, vendors and logistics partners.
• Serve as main contact with contractors to support delivery, verify equipment details, and communicate requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales team and Regional Manager to coordinate project efforts and maintain clear communication.
• Utilize ERP to maintain accurate project financials including budgets, POs, and invoices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline project coordination and documentation processes.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
