Job summary

Reliance Home Comfort is hiring a Sr. HVAC Installer in Maple Ridge. You will professionally install HVAC equipment, ensure safety, and educate customers on care. The role emphasizes customer service, growth with the company, and adherence to safety standards.

Relocation and signing bonuses are available, with tools, fully stocked trucks, ongoing training, and a stable schedule. Candidates should have HVAC installation experience and a Gas Fitter B certificate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation work.
• Must have a Gas Fitter B certificate.
• Demonstrated strong technical and customer service skills with performance history.
• Must hold a Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Must be physically capable of performing all job duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Professionally install HVAC equipment and accessories per manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Ensure safe operation of all installations and educate customers on maintenance.
• Build positive relationships with customers and promote other company products and services.
• Maintain the company vehicle in clean, safe condition.
• Meet HVAC lead targets and CPP company performance goals.

• Professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturerspecifications and local codes.
• Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
• Responsible for being willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service oriented team.
• Responsible for creating a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products, services and demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must adhere to all safety rules.
• Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
• Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
• Must successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets.
