Job summary

Reliance Home Comfort in Alberta invites you to join as an HVAC Installer. You will professionally install HVAC equipment and accessories, following manufacturers' specs and local codes.

You will ensure safe operation, educate customers on maintenance, and contribute to a customer‑driven, growth‑oriented team. The role requires 2+ years of installation experience, a Gas B ticket, and a Class 5 driver's license, with day, evening, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Gas B ticket required.
• Class 5 Driver's License required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Ensure safe operation of all installations and educate customers on maintenance.
• Be willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer-service oriented team.
• Create positive relationships with customers and demonstrate ability to communicate and solve problems to meet targets.
• Maintain company vehicle in neat, clean, and safe condition.
• Work toward HVAC leads and CPP targets.

• Professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturerspecifications and local codes.
• Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
• Responsible for being willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service oriented team.
• Responsible for creating a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products, services and demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must adhere to all safety rules.
• Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
• Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
• Must successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets.

• Must have a Gas B ticket.

• Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
